English translation
Refusal of payment must be established in the manner prescribed in Article 546 before expiry of the presentment period. If presentment occurs on the last day of that period, refusal of payment may be established on the following business day.

يجب إثبات الامتناع عن الدفع بالكيفية المنصوص عليها في المادة ٥٤٦ قبل انقضاء
ميعاد التقديم. فإذا وقع التقديم في اخر يوم من هذا الميعاد، جاز اثبات الامتناع
