English translation
The submission of any further application for recusal, whether by the litigant who made the first application for recusal or by another litigant, shall not entail a stay of the original action. Nevertheless, the court hearing the application for recusal may—at the request of a litigant—order a stay of proceedings in the original action, and the provision of the preceding Article shall apply in this case.

لا يترتــب على تقديــم أي طلــب رد آخــر ســواء مــن الخصــم طالــب الــرد الأول أو غيره
مــن الخصــوم وقــف الدعــوى الأصليــة.
ومــع ذلــك يجــوز للمحكمــة التــي تنظــر طلــب الــرد - بنــاء على طلــب أحــد الخصــوم -
