Article 5 of Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

It is prohibited to produce, manufacture, import, export, transport, possess, purchase, sell, or trade in narcotic or psychotropic substances and preparations listed in Schedules Nos. (1, 2, 43) of the first group, the schedules of the second group, and Schedules Nos. (1), (2) of the third group attached to this Decree-Law, or to dispense them, medically prescribe them, consume them, introduce them into another person's body, or deal in them in any manner whatsoever, except in the cases and under the conditions provided for in this Decree-Law.
