Article 6 of Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

It is prohibited to cultivate, import, export, transport, possess, purchase, sell, or trade in any of the plants listed in Schedule No. (5) attached to this Decree-Law, their seeds, or any part thereof at any stage of their growth specified in the schedules of the first group attached to this Decree-Law, or to deal in them in any manner, except in the circumstances and under the conditions stipulated in this Decree-Law. The plant parts and seeds listed in Schedule No. (6) of the first group attached to this Decree-Law are excepted therefrom.
