English translation
An application to establish or deny indirect lineage shall be submitted to the Committee by the person concerned or his legal representative, containing a full statement of the chain of lineage sought to be established or denied, the names of the ascendants, and the grounds for the application. The applicant shall attach any documents or evidence available to him that support his application. The Committee shall determine the application after completing such examination and investigation as it considers necessary, and shall issue its decision thereon.

يقدم طلب إثبات النسب غير المباشر أو نفيه إلى اللجنة من صاحب الشأن أو
من يمثله قانوناً، متضمنا بياناً وافياً بسلسلة النسب المطلوب إثباتها أو نفيها،
وأسماء الأصول وأسباب الطلب. وعلى مقدم الطلب إرفاق ما يتوافر لديه من
مستندات أو أدلة تؤيد طلبه.
وتفصل اللجنة في الطلب بعد استكمال ما تراه لازماً من بحث وتحقيق، وتصدر
