The court registry shall, at the request of the person concerned and after payment of the prescribed fees, set a hearing for consideration of the action before the court. The usual litigation procedures shall be followed in serving notice of and hearing the action, without prejudice to the right of the Public Prosecution to institute or intervene in actions in the cases provided for in the personal status laws.
