English translation
1 - If a contract creates personal rights connected with specific property in such a manner as to make them its appurtenances, or creates obligations connected with it in such a manner as to make them limitations upon it, and the property subsequently passes to a particular successor, those rights and obligations shall pass with it. 2 - However, obligations connected with the property shall not pass with it to the particular successor unless, upon concluding the disposition, he knew or could have known of them, unless the law provides otherwise.
